Journals @ UMBC
Current issues and past issues are shelved separately. Past issues are housed in both the East Wing and the West Wing. Journals starting from A to Journal of D are in the East Wing while journals starting from Journal of E to Z are in the West Wing.
The three most recent journal issues are located on shelves in the center aisle of the East Wing in the current display area. The current newspaper issues are on the low range shelving next to the Serials Service Desk.
A very few magazines and journals are kept at the Serials Service Desk. To read these, you must fill out a Retrieval Slip and present it with a valid ID at the desk.
