Find an available computer
There are about 190 workstations in the Library distributed on floors 1-7. They have the same basic set of software installed as the campus OIT labs. No additional software can be downloaded or installed. Additional hardware and exceptions are noted below.
Please report problems to Library IT Services. We also welcome your comments and suggestions.
Hardware & Operating Systems
- Public access computers are all equipped with:
- CD-RW/DVD+/-R drives
- USB ports
- Linux - available on the 7th floor, against the wall by the back elevator.
- iMacs - 4 machines located on the 2nd floor of the library
- Multimedia workstation - located on the 2nd floor of the library in front of the Serials Department.
Printing, Copying & Scanning
- Printing is available from all public workstations in the library. Printers are located on the 1st and 7th floors.
- Copiers are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.
- Scanner workstations - 2 located behind the reference desk on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor of the library.

Wireless Access for Laptops
