Wireless Networking in the AOK Library & Gallery

Connecting to the Wireless Network
UMBC now has two wireless networks:- UMBC Campus - for anyone with a myUMBC account; use myUMBC login name and password to authenticate
- UMBC Visitor - for anyone without a myUMBC account needing wireless access (recommended for WiFi devices such as iPhone, iTouch, etc.)
Wireless Printing from Laptops in the Library
Library patrons can now print to the Library's pay-for-print printers directly from their laptops. We are currently in the testing phase, and would appreciate your help in moving toward full implementation. At present this service is only available from Windows-based laptops but we are working on extending this capability to Macs.
